Come and join us to make your own Uchiwa. Uchiwa is a symbol of Summer of Japan, and great casual breeze making tool and craft using for our daily life.
Create your own Uchiwa and enjoy talk with friends from many countries.

Where: Kudan Life Long Learning Hall 4th Floor
Who: Anyone over ６years old who lives, works, or studies in Chiyoda-ku
Fee: None ( \500 charity donation will be appreciated)
